Scam. I paid and never got the card.
They tell you to call or write if you need help.
Come on its 2021 have a damn email

Useless card to say the least.
Money lost and never going to see it again.
Found out this card came from Walgreens. Just one more reason avoid Walgreens.
NEVER,NEVER buy a vanilla gift card, I have had so many problems trying to use this card in various shops and supermarkets, apparently many stores have had issues with Vanilla, hence they now refuse to accept the card. I would STRONGLY advise people not to purchase this card
This card is terrible, I bought it and it took a couple of days without using it and when I wanted to use it I no longer had the $ 300 that I put in it for someone he stole it in a store and he spent everything even with me having the card in my possession and without Using that means that it is an impressive easy mind that you lose your money and when you call all they tell you is to call the store where the purchase was made because they or they can do anything and in the store they tell you that it is the company of the card who has to complain why they can't do anything when you return and call the card managers who are Visa they tell you that maybe they can return the money but it could take up to 90 business days and you have to make a report that they send the same email that I'm still waiting for
VanillaGift.com doesn't have an option of re-sending the gift card to the correct address, even if just one letter in the email address has been misspelled. Literally one letter!
The Customer Service rep will have to file the refund request for the Manager's review, they would get in touch with you in 48 hrs, and then issue a refund that will take 3-5 business days to reach your method of payment.
How incredibly short-sighted, inefficient and plain stupid not to have this simple option of a little wiggle room for the misspelled addresses.
So once you place this order, there is no way to course correct this transaction. You are stuck.
I guess they don't need business clients.
